The room was extremely dated with no updated Type C plugs for phones/computers, etc. Shower head was stuck pointing at the wall and the pressure was not good because it would not connect completely from the tub faucet. Hyatt Stay Review Our recent stay at the Hyatt was unfortunately disappointing. Upon arrival, we were placed in a room where the heater literally fell apart, leaving us uncomfortable. The bed was in terrible condition—almost as if the springs were popping through—which made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Walking through the third-floor hallway was equally unpleasant. It was filthy, with food scattered everywhere, giving the impression that cleanliness and upkeep were not a priority. To make matters worse, we had to specifically request fresh towels, which should have been a basic amenity provided without asking. While Hyatt is known for its reputation and hospitality, this experience fell far short of expectations. The lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to guest comfort made our stay frustrating rather than relaxing.
