From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by warm, inviting music and a space that was bright, cozy, and instantly relaxing. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making it easy to unwind after a long day of interviews and events. We got a corner room, and the view was lovely. Easy to check-in. Room was very clean. This was located on a busy section, so I always felt safe especially with the security in the lobby. Instructions to get into the hotel were easy to understand. They were sent 18 hours before check-in, not 48 hours.

Great views of Dallas and a comfortable stay

I am so happy I came across this place! It was a fabulous place for a solo trip. I would recommend parking in the Public Parking garage on the east side of Santander Tower. It’s $17/day versus $30. The only thing missing was a soaking tub and actually being able to order from the restaurant in the building. I scanned the QR code three different days and every time it said orders weren’t being accepted. Other than those very specific things, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. I would stay again! The painting above the bed of the person sleeping/snuggled in their bedding.. I want it!
