Parking was ok. But the perimeter of the parking lot was falling into creek. Check in clerk was very short. It was noisy and no trash can in room, no toilet y, had to go get. No blanket on beds. Overall not happy. Did not get any rest.

The room was not well clean. I took a shower with my flip flops. The pool was REALLY green. Nothing that the pictures shown in Expedia. However, the staff was friendly and professional.

Roach motel

I was not pleased with the children running up and down I asked the front is numerous of times did they do something about the loud noise I know this is a family hotel but children should not be running up and down the highway like people ain't got no jobs if I was in the night and early in the goddamn morning I asked the front desk and they called I'm talking about it but no one did nothing about it last night and me and I'll be mine before I do take drugs since I'm on probation secondhand smoke is the worst am I not correct but overall my state was not good the land noise people hanging out beside the window being loud 1:00 in the morning the security guard was not there it's nasty in the hallways you got homeless people just sleeping in the hallway no one's doing nothing about it the doors is walking what's the point of having a security door if it does not work I did not feel safe in my state someone with a gun could just walk in her and did anything send me of someone else like I said there are children as well before it's tied on when you try to get in there's no point of using the key because you can just walk right in the doors or jammed up and rigged up the security guard does not do his job he just walks around the property and looks into his phone he's not concerned for the people that sleep in the parking lot it's supposed to have a room here I'll say that to say this I am not pleased with my stay as a lawyer member I'm not happy I do not pay $280 to be unhappy 😡

My worse experience ever!

I always use this line of hotels, but this one I stayed in Dallas was so bad. The smell was horrible, it was in the hall and in the room. I had to use my whole perfume. The pool was dirty, water was some kind of greenish. We didn't feel safe. Good thing we just stayed for one night.

Room was cleanish. Smoke detector vhirped consistently and they "fixed" it without actually fixing it. Cars in and out all night blaring music and people arguing and screaming at each other in the parking lot all night. I checked out 2 nights early and they didnt care at all.

There was fight at 4 am, woke me up right out of my sleep. Everyone screaming. Went on for about 30 minutes. Then running through the halls talking about how the police is coming… I wonder why?
