I had a delay in checking in due to vehicle issues the room was reserved for Saturday through Sunday. Yes I understand there is a check in, and out time what I don’t understand is the room is reserved till (check out) time. So I should be able to get the room NO MATTER the time I check in till it’s time to check out. Motel 6 in Lancaster Tx wanted to change me for the room, but let me check in because I only had 5 hours till check out. I paid to have that room for 3pm Saturday till 11am Sunday so what was the issue!!!!!!

Great stay

The room was very clean, the hotel was quiet, parking was great, front desk was friendly. The bed was comfortable although we did bring our own pillows. We also brought our own coffee pot because I noticed in the pictures there was a microwave, fridge but no coffee pot so, it was a very nice stay. Kudos to the cleaning staff

Bed had 2 flat sheets bloodstained, the front desk agent gave me another yet stained sheet ,then proceeded to give me yet another flat sheet this time damp. Refused to change rooms or provide required items. The comforter was stained and full of burn holes. The bed protector was also yellow stained. Agent refused to give any information for the manager
