The bathroom was disgusting. They had to change the showerhead, but they couldn’t do anything about the drain. The floors were slippery and not very senior friendly. It wasn’t clean. We didn’t get good cleaning room service in the room had to go up and down back-and-forth to get missing items but one guy saw our struggle and brought stuff up. The amenities of the room are a little old and the air conditioning made it kind of stuffy. I just would not go to this particular Sheraton because other Sheraton‘s have been great. The staff was really nice and one lady came from the front desk to personally clean the room for us at 11:30 pm since they didn’t clean it. They did a good job of trying to rectify the situation, but it was too much effort for going on a family trip and losing sleep and time due to all the efforts.

This room smelled like a sweaty old gym. The tub didn’t drain properly, the furniture was stained and worn out. The staff were very polite and helpful, that was the only good part about the hotel.
