Nice, quiet hotel in a great location.

Had a great stay. The hotel was clean and well-kept. The kitchen is nice and convenient. The staff was great, the room and facility were clean, the AC worked, and the beds and pillows were comfortable.

Cockroaches

Thought I was getting a bargain, but you get what you pay for. I stayed two nights at this hotel. And I found the musty (mold?) smell pretty strong and the cockroaches (3) I found scurrying into the corners of the room when I turned on the lights and entered the room unacceptable. Definitely will not stay here again.

Good Value

Room was clean, stylish, and a good size. It had a kitchenette complete with dishes, pots & pans, and utensils you could cook if you wanted to. The surrounding area isn't the greatest, but it didn't seem to be bad either. I didn't feel unsafe at any point. Parking lot was well-lit, and they had security monitors at the front desk monitoring the entire property. There's a large liquor store and convenience store and gas station just across the parking lot. Quick and easy drive into downtown Irving, which was beautiful. My only complaint is that the air conditioner seemed to be putting out a little moisture, which made the bed feel damp at first, but it dried up quickly. Overall, good value for the money.
