I requested the housekeeper to clean our room after 2pm and also the front desk at 3:30pm, but my room was never cleaned. A man just walked into the room in the morning of checkout when I was still sleeping. The checkout was indicated at 12pm on the Expedia website, but I found that it was actually 11am in the morning of check out. The front desk confirmed no additional charge from the hotel when I checked out, but $30 was charged on my credit card...................

The gentleman at the desk was great, very good customer service in every interaction. Above and beyond anywhere we've stayed before. I did not personally like the bathroom, no shower door and the barn style door on the outside was hard to stay closed. When it would fall open the toilet is directly positioned from the toilet. And since there's no door to the shower I suppose you could watch TV while you shower. Very odd choices of layout. Loved how large the towels were. Bed was comfortable, especially the soft blanket.
