Requested early check in. Employee agreed to have room ready. Showed up, employee was sleeping in the lobby. She walked to the desk and went to sleep there while a man stood watch for her. Sat in the lobby for 6 hours before we just ended up leaving to a different hotel. Saying they were short staffed as the reason check in was pushed back hours.

I did not like the fact that my wife and kids went to the top floor to see the view, but was very rudely greeted by the manager of the so called bar. He consistently raised his voice at my family even after they were already aware that the area was closed and trying to leave. We will not return to this property for that reason!

The air did not work in my room and it was hot and miserable. The room was OK, but it was hot and getting up the elevator was a long wait because of the monkey bar on the roof but I did enjoy the monkey bar but I had to wait for at least 30 minutes to get to my room

We love the Tru brand and stay in it across the country. This Tru is not the one. There is a bar on the 9th floor of this hotel that is clearly popular. If you leave the property after 5pm it will take 30+ min to get back into the parking lot as you fight for entry with the bar’s valet parking team. They share one parking lot and the lot is far from sufficient. You also share an entrance and hotel with the bar crowd who come in large groups. The amount of noise from the bar crowd, the elevators and the road outside is a lot. Breakfast was mediocre and not complete. The road noise in the rooms, even on higher floors, is atrocious. They tried with the ear plugs and white noise machine on the bedside table but it wasn’t enough. This was easily the worst Tru we ever stayed in. This location is far from meeting standards of the Hilton brand. I would encourage anyone who wants convenience and a good nights sleep to choose another location.

Thank you for a great stay!

We received a text from the hotel asking if we needed anything and we told them we needed another pillow. They said sure, come to the desk and grab it, but we are so tired we just didn't go down. They ended up bringing us one around 10 pm. We REALLY appreciated that service!!

Too much noise and not many parking spots.

You can hear all the highway noises throughoutthe night, and the nearby rooms. The entrance to the parking, horrible, we had to wait about 20 mins because of how small the parking is, then I was told there might be parking available, really? After I paid for parking. Way to crowded for the small parking area and way too many noises. If you want to be at peace or get some rest, do not stay there.

The property is in a convenient location and overall met our needs. We had a reservation, but upon arriving late in the evening, we were told there were no available rooms. The staff initially planned to walk us to another hotel, but after waiting for over an hour, we were informed that there was a room available. We’re not sure what happened, but it was a tiring experience, especially with a child and a baby. That said, the room itself was decent and clean, though the AC was a bit loud. We had previously stayed at a Tru and had a good experience but this one disappointed us.
