Hand soap dispenser

Only thing I disliked was trying to squeeze the hand soap out of those dispensers. It was difficult for me to even get a drop out. A much older person wouldn’t be able to get any soap.

One lift did not work, the other one was always full and slow, as the cleaning trolleys were inside as well. Beds are comfortable, the tv service is good. The hotel is next to a loud road, but they give you ear plugs as well as a white noise machine, which is nice.

This was a last minute.Stay that occurred in an emergency situation The hotel was super comfortable and affordable at the time I definitely will make this hotel to stay again if my business calls for me to be in this area

The hotel was under construction and only the bottom floors were functional. The elevators did not work, the roof top bar and amenities were closed. Basically the whole vibe of the hotel was not there.

Close to everything

Sadly, the rooftop bar is under construction, and it was raining and chilly our time there. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast so-so. Overall a good location but it was a bit noisy with the freeway so close. Thankfully they had free earplugs and also a white noise machine in the room

The cleaning staff was supposed to clean every other day. In the 5 days of stay, not a even on they came to clean. This is unacceptable despite me reminding them twice. The water pressure was horrible and barely any hot water. One elevator was not working at all for the entire stay. Limited breakfast options. My first and last time with Hilton Tru!!! Never again!
