Good location near the airport they provide a shuttle bus from the AP to the hotel. If your hungry and you have a late check in there are no food options in this area.

There was a leak from the bathroom faucet which caused water to accumulate on the floor of the bathroom. The maintenance staff had to come up three times throughout our stay to work on the leak and finally got it fixed

After my recent checkout, I realized I had left my flip-flops in the room. I called the front desk multiple times within just a few hours, but no one ever returned my calls. When I finally spoke with someone after my 8th attempt, I was told housekeeping did not find them. As a repeat guest who has already booked another stay next week, I’m disappointed such a simple request wasn’t handled with more care. I hope this feedback helps improve your lost-and-found process.

Customer service and staff are excellent, very helpful. Front Desk staff very cordial and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is amongst the best in hotels. Restaurant dining menu is great, with numerous options. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, housekeeping is always responsive. Definitely one of the best locations to stay in the DFW Airport area.

I found the place to be nice, but it's more of a fake facade. They make it look nice. The hallways are hotter than ayoda. The rooms don't get cool enough, but they tried to make it look elegant and don't fix the issues.
