I arrived after a 3 1/2 hour drive. I ordered food at the bar area and the food was dreadful. I had hunters chicken which came with breaded chicken, rock hard chips and cremated bacon. Needless to say I left most of it. The room was freezing cold and the bathroom was filthy. The shower tray was dirty and the toilet had brown marks on it. Needless to say, I wont be staying here again. I would rather pay the extra and stay at the double tree across the road.
The shower tray was so bad there was no way I was having a shower!
The handle on the toilet was dirty and needs replacing
The toilet seat had brown stains

Poor welcome on arrival. Receptionist was distracted talking to another customer that was already being attended to. The initial room allocated had a leaking toilet. The room I was moved to smelt of smoke and poor plumbing. Bed was uncomfortable and ac was too loud all night. Just overall a rubbish experience this time .
