ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! IT'S A SCAM! DON'T BOOK WITH THEM. THESE JYU DIDN'T HAVE ROOMS AVAILABLE AND AFTER MORE THAN ONE HOUR WAITING, I HAD TO BOOK AND PAY THE ROOM BOOKING DIRECTLY WITH OTHER AGENCY. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND... HORRIBLE, AVOID THE BAD EXPERIENCE... AND PLEASE, HOTELS.COM FORBID THIS PEOPLE TO ADVERTISE IN YOUR SITE.

The top floors of this building are much better than the bottom floors yet they are half the price, you get what you pay for, don’t expect to be cooking meals as they are basic, overall it’s very comfortable and very safe

Is was not as advertised! I booked a room thats sleeps 4. They gave us a room thats sleeps 2. When I checked in they were not ready! They did not give us towels ang linen for the bed! I would never book here again! And you have to pay 25php per hour for parking! Its a scam!!!
