From here you are conveniently located to Wright Patterson Air Force Base, the National Museum of the United States Air Force, UD Arena, the Nutter Center, John Ankeney Soccer Complex, and downtown Dayton. Dayton International Airport is typically about twenty to twenty five minutes away. If you enjoy the outdoors, Eastwood Lake MetroPark is very close by, and access to the region’s paved bike trail system is about a mile away. Dayton is known for having one of the most extensive paved trail networks in the country, and the Creekside Trail behind the nearby Kroger connects into that larger system. On the main level you will find three bedrooms, including two with king beds and a third with a full size bed, along with a full bathroom, living room, and dining area. The space is comfortable and easy to live in during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, small appliances, and both durable kid and patio friendly dishes along with a full set of stoneware bowls and plates. You will have what you need to prepare anything from simple breakfasts to full meals. The refrigerator is apartment size and works well for most stays. A Kroger Marketplace is within eyesight of the home, making quick grocery runs very convenient, and grocery and meal delivery options are widely available in the area. The finished lower level provides extra room to spread out. Downstairs you will find a pool table, an additional table for games or work, a dedicated workspace, and a foldable desk that can be moved to the spot that works best for you. On some weekends in the spring and fall, typically during daytime hours. When not in use by the school, guests may enjoy the proximity to open play fields and a nearby playground.
