Rented two rooms, one standard and second, handicap accessible. We could not connect to their WiFi and couldn’t call desk because phone had no cord connected to wall outlet. Second room, hairdryer didn’t work and tub/shower was slippery. Had to hold Shower wand because no place to hang it up. Soap & shampoo dispensers mounted to wall in awkward location to reach while seated on handicap seat. Beds were very good. Accidentally left iPad in room but was not turned in to management!

This hotel is overdue for a makeover. There is nothing appealing about this place. Even the faucet in the shower is backwards

Not very clean

When walking in the hotel the smell is not inviting and while i was waiting to check in a customer was complaining about a broken toilet and wanted a new room. This hotel need professional cleaning at this point. It's beyond what house keeping can do. Foot prints leading out of shower, stains on everything, pillows the size for a childs head, and curtains needs to be replaced. I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies and clean the room myself or leave. Definitely motel vibes and the pictures on website are an illusion. Thank God I had no kids with me the pool was closed for maintenance. I did notice people coming and going so theres money coming in and no reason these issues cant or shouldn't be adress.

The first room's toilet wouldn't flush. They had no issue giving me a different room, but the phone and TV didn't work. I was too tired to change rooms again. The breakfast was good and had plenty of options. However, there were not enough parking spots. The bar patrons took many spots. I don't mind a motel being worn, but there were some obvious challenges.

Everything in the room was for 2 people even though we reserved for 2 adults and one child. There were no sheets or blanket for the pull out bed and only 2 sets of towels. Also the microwave didn't work. Lady at the counter did a pretty good job helping us with things.

The entire property is the literal meaning of "Vintage "!!!! Not the well kept maintained vintage we all love, the vintage that's dusty, ill smelling, and poorly tended to.... The carpets are coming up and undone, there's no bonus bedding for the additional beds in the suites, and when I asked I was handed two sheets and informed: That's all we got. The 70's entry door jammed, the cook was turning over the seat cushions because they were badly soiled, and the wall next to the bed had a hole in it, taped over........ This is a beautiful location with tons of potential yet lacking resources, leadership, and up to date living quarters that is accompanied with all new staff and management. I lefted to say the least. Never to return to a "Quality Inn" seeking a quality experience 👎🗑🗣

Horrible

When we checked in we did not get the room we picked and reserved online and when we tried to tell the clerk he was rude and didn’t care. The bathroom was filthy with mud in tub and on floor and black hair all over the floor. We were told breakfast ended at 10:30 only to find it ended at 10. We were told the pool closed at 10 but it closed at 9. It was a horrible stay and we will not be returning
