From the pink and white striped ceilings to the garden-inspired floral tiling in the kitchen, every corner of this home was curated to feel like a whimsical step back in time. Spend your mornings in the floral kitchen flipping pancakes and baking cookies, filling the house with the scent of sugar and nostalgia. Spend your afternoons tucked away in the beautiful bedroom with a good book, or enjoy a cocktail and a long-overdue conversation with your best friends. Peaches & Cream invites you to leave the fast-paced world behind and focus on the people you care about most.



When the sun goes down, follow the whimsical gallery of kitty cat portraits into The Kitty Cat Cellar. It’s the ultimate cozy hideaway. Wrapped in pink wallpaper with green leaves and tiger cats, this space features a large pink plush sofa that transforms into a cloud-like mattress for movie marathons.



Whether you are pouring a drink at the mini cocktail bar, playing games at the bistro table, or tucked into the cellar's private bedroom, it is the perfect "snug" to pop some popcorn, grab a blanket, and simply breathe. Go back in time, relax with your mom, laugh with your girlfriends, and enjoy a much-needed breath of fresh air.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy full, private access to the entire home, from the colorful main floor down to the secret Kitty Cat Cellar. When you arrive, you can pull right into your own private driveway and a few steps to our 3 step porch that welcomes you to the front door. We’ve made settling in simple and seamless with a secure lockbox, allowing you to let yourself in and start your pink paradise retreat the moment you arrive

You are perfectly positioned on the edge of the charming Oakwood community, just one mile from the University of Dayton. This neighborhood is a true "slow-living" gem, where you can leave the car behind and explore on foot.



Take a short stroll to Oakwood’s beloved shopping strip to browse the local boutiques and Talbots, or grab a coffee at Starbucks. If you’re looking for a special evening out, the famous Oakwood Club—widely considered the best steakhouse in Dayton—is within walking distance. For those traveling with a furry friend or children, a lovely dog park and a playground are just a few blocks away. One of the best things about this location is how central you are to everything in the Dayton area. We are nestled right where Oakwood meets Kettering, putting you just minutes away from the interstate for easy travel.



You can enjoy a scenic walk to the local shops and dining in Oakwood, but since we are right in the middle of town, you are also just a quick 5-to-10-minute drive from almost everywhere you’d want to be—including downtown Dayton, the Oregon District, and the University of Dayton. Whether you're commuting to Wright-Patt or exploring local parks, getting around is a breeze
