The apartment has 2 Queen Size Beds to up 4 guests. It is all tile floor, furniture, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Apartment includes linens, towels, 43" inch Smart HDTV includes 100+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment. The location is fantastic, close to Sun Splash Park, short walk to Daytona Lagoon Water Park, Ocean Deck and Board walk (0.5 miles) where will have good food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. Great location, awesome ocean view, had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves come in. We went on week days so it wasn’t crowded at the beach. Convenient to the pier and boardwalk. A pleasant stay!

The Building

The building is dated but clean. We would stay again, really due to location and ocean front. Keep in mind one parking spot per unit.
