Ocean view was great. Love the sides on the balcony so I'm not staring at my neighbors. Better than the two other hotels I've stayed at in Daytona.

Customer Service is Excellent but this hotel can't be rated 4 Stars! It is a very old building in OK shape. Room had electric issues as well as the TV. Sofa bed was matrix was stinky and stained. King bed was Ok but not as expected. This hotel needs attention and care. It is good just if you don't find anywhere else to sleep!

The hotel was much easier to find this time around since they have a new, visible sign. Check-in was a breeze and James at the front desk was a really nice guy. The room was just as amazing as the last time my mom and I visited. Spacious, fulll kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, microwave. We loved the oceanfront view with balcony but it was just too cold to spend much time out there. Upon leaving, there was an issue with the elevator so we had to walk down the stairs from the 8th floor, but thankfully I had taken down most of our stuff a while earler. Not a big deal, things happen but it was a little inconvenient for my mom, but she toughed it out! Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The hotel staff seemed disengaged once they realized I used Expedia. They said I would receive a call when my room was available, but that call never came. When I call them, it when to voice mail, and I never received a return call. The upper floor and standard King room I requested I did not receive. There were no hand towels or washcloths in the room.

We had a balcony on the ocean and a nice cup of coffee in the morning. Ate brunch at their cafe. Facility has some wear and tear and could use updates, but staff was friendly and everything was clean and in working order.

Very out dated. The front desk lady was not the most friendly. They do not come by daily to clean up the room and by that I mean just sweep, new towels, get trash. Cockroaches! The ac was very loud. The room was not cleanest. There was hair all over my shower wall when I arrived. I will not be booking there again.

I would stay far away from this place! We arrived to check-in at 4pm and our room still wasn’t ready by 5pm so we had to settle for a room on a lower floor even though I requested a higher up room beforehand. We get in the room and there is mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and roaches. The bed was hard as a rock and the room was very old and grungy. Definitely not worth our money or time and I will be reporting this establishment to the city for proper inspection. The staff didn’t care either and acted like it wasn’t a big deal our room wasn’t ready. We will NEVER be back!
