The property is nice, the view is beautiful, the pool is heated and the food at the diner attached is really good! This is an individually owned condo inside of a hotel. The building staff was very friendly. The actual condo, itself, was the issue. The bed is completely uncomfortable and it has a dangerous, metal, footboard that you can't see bc the mattress is too big and the comforter was covering it. There were several injuries bc of this including to my 3 year old son. The host didn't send me the instructions until after I had already arrived and asked him for them so I was completely lost on what to do when I first got there. There is a disgusting, rusty metal contraption, in the bathroom, holding the toilet tissue. Many of the outlets didn't work. The curtains are too small for the window so they do not close completely. There is an ice machine that charges 25 cents, in the lobby, but the owner does not provide a bucket. I had to borrow one from other staff. The wi-fi is absolute garbage!! I was there to attend my daughter's cheer competition so of course I was planning to be in the room, watching tv, during the time she wasn't competing. Unfortunately I could not do that because the tv buffers non stop. I enjoyed my trip and that area but I would never stay in this specific condo again!
