Relax in this beautiful, beachfront 8th floor condo in the popular Shores Club on the quiet “no cars” section of Daytona Beach Shores. It is near shopping, activities and restaurants that the area has to offer and yet away from the commotion. The condo and resort are very well equipped for relaxing and enjoying this special location or serving as a hub for visiting local amusements and events.

The condo itself is an extraordinarily comfortable home away from home, with power recliners to relax inside, cozy beds and a large dining table. The kitchen is very well equipped with small appliances, mixer, blender, cooking and baking dishes, and both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. One bathroom has a tub. The other has a low, step-in shower for ease of entry. Both have grab bars for safety. A walk-in closet provides room to tuck suitcases out of the way. Renters have a private laundry and plenty of beach chairs and toys. The condo has a private, east balcony facing breathtaking sunrises emerging out of the ocean and a west balcony for unique sunsets dropping into the intracoastal waterway. The combined views are unique to this area of Florida.

The Shores Club facility has a beautiful heated pool with a large deck overlooking the beach. There are steps to the beach and also an accessible ramp for ease with the provided rolling cart and to avoid stairs. Tennis and Pickleball, Basketball and Shuffleboard are all available at the resort. There is an air-conditioned fitness room overlooking the pool and beach and there is a sauna. Renters can reserve a Community Room for large gatherings. Gas grills and tables are available for pool-side picnics.

The Shores Club is situated just minutes from nearby restaurants and amusements. Crabby Joe’s Restaurant, situated on the Sunglow Pier, is just a 10-minute beach walk away and Boondocks Restaurant is just a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive. The tallest lighthouse in Florida is just 10-minutes south. The famous Daytona Speedway area, with its many nearby restaurants and shopping, is a 25-minute drive. Tanger Outlet Mall and Tiger Woods PopStart Golf is just a bit farther. Orlando’s amusement parks, like Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios and Cape Canaveral’s Kennedy Space Center are each about 1.5 hours away. There is a fabulous Brevard Zoo just over an hour south. Many more activities are listed in the condo. Or, just stay home and relax on the balconies, pool deck or beach.

Each condo has a designated parking spot in the garage. There is additional parking in the lot as available. Entry to the building and its facilities is secured with electronic codes. Renters receive unique door codes to access their individual condo. Two new elevators and luggage and grocery carts make it easy to get settled.
