First time visitors. We brought our two granddaughters for a sleepover with an inside pool and allow dogs. The staff was very friendly and observant. Yes, I was walking around for vending machines. The clerk noticed and guided me on my way. The pool was a hit! Clean towels waiting for you. The staff interacted with our dog. Would definitely recommend. Oh, yes, we’ll go back.

The ladies at the desk were amazing! We were having an issue and Vicky was so helpful she literally saved us..the pool was the best pool I’ve ever swam in out of any hotel I’ve stayed..just the carpet in the room was dirty
