Overall really nice. It was clean and had extra towels/blankets and adequate kitchen. Plenty of space. Wifi was fine. It had fair AC and water. The washer dryer worked and she even left us enough soap for a few loads. The neighborhood was nice and we even went on a walk around to walk my dog. Would absolutely book again. Its about 1.5 hours to get to Chicago for a visit depending on the area. It also has some nice restraunts in the nearby towns. We also had a change of plans and she worked with us to book an extra day when it was possible.

Convenient Location, Well Furnished

Communication with the host was excellent; they accommodated an unexpected change in plans and were very responsive. Most of my purpose in coming was to cook for my stressed out college student, and the kitchen was reasonably well-equipped with pots, pans, utensils and dishes. There’s a full spice rack, too. There are two Roku TVs and the Internet was adequate as well.

Property is extremely NOT SAFE!! No heat and SHOWER DID NOT WORK, no hot water, property extremely dirty!!! I took pictures of my stay, the property was the most dirty and disappointing waste of money!! I will be ending my relationship, membership, and VIP with VRBO due to THE past 5 experiences! Missing to meet cleanliness, safety, and quality standards. The was the worst property I’ve ever seen and The service rushed, nothing was clean!!! very disappointing to have NO HEAT IN FREEZING WINTER , no hot water and no supplies! REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY!!!Property was not safe and I was forced to leave causing me to book a new reservation at a local hotel. VRBO FAILED TO MEET CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!
