Enjoy a stroll down to the High Street, where you will find an array of independent shops, restaurants, bars and galleries. There is a fantastic market every Saturday in the centre of town, and the whole of Deal High Street becomes pedestrianised for the morning. The picturesque seafront with its row of pastel coloured Georgian houses is just around the corner. Enjoy breakfast at Deal Pier Kitchen, or a stroll along the footpath towards Walmer and Kingsdown, stopping at one of the many cafes on route or a pint and fish and chips at The Zetland Arms (a pub on the beach) at the end. There are two dog bowls in the pantry. We kindly request that dogs do not go on furniture.

Garden

A good size courtyard garden. Please note that the garden is accessed through the side alley, and not directly from the apartment.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
No hen and stag parties are allowed at this property.
