Spacious 45 m² Duplex, bright and offering panoramic views of the sea and marina. The sunsets from the large balcony are stunning. Located just steps from the city center, this apartment is close to all amenities.

Secure parking spaces with remote access are available at the foot of the residence.

Situated on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it features an entrance and separate toilet, as well as a staircase leading to the living area and a fully equipped kitchen.

On the lower level, you'll find a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, along with a spacious bedroom featuring a double bed and storage closets, offering a view of Trouville. This apartment is very bright and well-appointed, combining comfort with tasteful decor, and includes Wi-Fi access.
