Beautiful home, wonderful scenery

We had a great stay! We loved the house and the location. We had a little confusion during check in but eventually figured things out. The reason this is a 4 star review instead of 5 stars is that the binder in the house had different information than the messages I was receiving from VRBO, like check out time (11am vs 10am). Also, this is a guest house that is very close to the main house which was under construction. We didn't know this from the listing and weren't sure we were in the right place. I asked, but the host never responded to me, all we received were standard VRBO messages. The guest house faces away from the construction and it didn't disrupt our stay.
