Manager and staff were very kind and helpful. I had just checked out of a terrible place and they let me check in earlier at Kelvish and they gave me the breakfast that I had not received at my previous hotel. The hotel is clean. The buffet is very good with eggs any style, parantha, banana, coffe or tea in a decent cafeteria. The tv worked. It is real wall unit a/c. The only thing is that the location is not accurate on expedia map: it shows as if it is in aerocity but it is in Mahipalpur. very close to airport and Vishal department store and many restaurants.

The Kelvish is also known as Hotel Happy Stay. It is Not in Aerocity, but is a walkable distance from Aerocity Metro. The hotel and room is clean on the inside, but it is on a busy street. Typical India. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic, but good. Aerocity hotels are much better but you're going to pay 10 times what Kelvish charges. Overall, the Kelvish/Happy Stay is a good value. I stayed 2 times for a total of 4 nights and would stay there again.
