Η ιστορία του κτίσματος ξεκινάει από τα πρώτα μεταεπαναστατικά χρόνια περίπου το 1850. Δημιουργήθηκε για να καλύψει τις ανάγκες διαβίωσης μιας τυπικής αγροτικής οικογένειας.
