Close to beautiful downtown

Our stay was short, so the convenience of a few very cool restaurants down the street from us was perfect. Our host met us when we arrived, and was extremely informative about the town of Del Rey. Our host made my husband and I & our 2 Shibas feel very comfortable in this charming cottage

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay at this little hideaway. The landscaping was breathtaking and overall had a at home feeling. The host went above and beyond l with local tips and any assistance we needed. The area was beautiful and very close to the beaches. I highly recommend this home and will be back soon.

Family trip - Scuba Dive

Jason was awesome, very attentive and prompt! The property was clean and plenty of bedding, towels and supplies. Only regret is our trip was not long enough 😊. Hope to be back again for another family trip

Rundown

Needs a deep clean and a paint. Molding not nailed to the wall. AC filter hasn’t been cleaned in years. Bathroom door split in half. Oven door falling off. Bed in one of the rooms is on its last leg. Not sturdy at all. Both bathrooms had hair on the drain. Older bathroom cast iron tub is worn off and all rusted. No proper shelving in any room..bedrooms or bathrooms. Pool wasn’t filled to the filter. Vacuum left in it. The pictures on this listing are obviously from years ago. Needless to say, if the ac didn’t work properly and the hot water was questionable we would have left and drove back home to NH. We had to deal with what we got. No homes or hotels available being it was Christmas and school vacation. Would never stay here again.

Perfect for our group.

This property was just what we needed for our baseball outing. We were a party of 3 adults and 5 teenage baseball players coming to Florida for a five day baseball tournament. We all enjoyed our stay at Jason's property very much. It had everything we needed and the host was so friendly and helpful. He was very flexible with us working around our game schedule. Lots of rooms and televisions so we could each have our own space and watch our own shows. The boys enjoyed the tropical yard and swimming pool. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much Jason!
