Discover the holiday home "Encanto" - a true paradise for families, couples, and groups of friends directly by the sea in Riumar. This very bright and comfortable house accommodates up to 6 people and promises an unforgettable holiday experience.



The accommodation has three cosy bedrooms with a total of four beds - including a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed - which guarantee a restful sleep for every guest. Two modern shower rooms ensure sufficient comfort and privacy. The heart of the house is the pellet stove, which provides a feel-good atmosphere in winter. Whether a long-term holiday for wintering or a short tapas trip: Our house offers you the ideal mix of Spanish spaciousness and homely warmth.



The fully equipped, independent kitchen is a highlight for all gourmets. With a glass ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils, you can effortlessly prepare delicious meals here. A refrigerator and freezer complete the equipment.



Outside, a dreamlike terrace of 28 m² awaits you with a garden and garden furniture. The private, heated pool (3.5x8m) invites you to relax, while a barbecue area promises perfect grilling evenings. The enclosed plot of 347 m² offers security and privacy.
