L'accueil par le propriétaire et sa femme a été très sympathique. La maison est bien organisée, propre et conforme a la description. Les 2 terrasses et la piscine sont tres appréciables pour des repas a plusieurs ou des baignades rafraîchissantes. Le quartier est calme et agréable, et la plage est vraiment toute proche.Quelques restaurants a prix abordables et de bonne qualité, ainsi qu'un petit bar a cocktail où la sangria est délicieuse. En bref un excellent séjour, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Piscina agradable, cerca de las playas y buena comunicación con el resto del Delta. Supermercado y restaurantes cerca. Cuatro habitaciones, pero a tener en cuenta que una de ellas está en el bajo cubierta que se sube por escalera de caracol exterior. Barbacoa.

La casa bien pero el lavavagillas y la vitro han fallado en ocasiones, los colchones de las camas pequeñas un poco incomodos. Pero el resto bien la poscina perfecta i el aire acondicionado muy bien.

Superbe maison

Je recommande vivement cette maison qui est parfaite pour des vacances. La piscine est bien grande et bien placée car nous avons le soleil toute la journée dedans. Les propriétaires Monica et Manël sont des personnes très sympathiques et réactifs en cas de soucis. Merci pour votre gentillesse et les bons plans à notre arrivée. Ce qui est sûr c’est que nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Logement satisfaisant

Nous avons résidé en famille dans le logement. L'atout majeur est la piscine grande avec une zone pataugeoire et où l'on peut s'assoir. L'intérieur du logement est confortable au niveau des chambres et salles de bain. La cuisine bien qu'ayant de nombreux équipements est un peu vétuste, cela reste un minimum fonctionnel. L'emplacement est très intéressant pour sa proximité avec la plage et dans un quartier calme.

En general muy bien pero con algunos peros..

En general todo muy bien, la casa limpia y habitaciones espaciosas, quiza el comedor de queda pequeño y la cocina le faltaría una pequeña reforma, pero muy bien. Lo malo es que nos teniamos que quedar a comer el domingo y cuando llegamos el propietario nos dijo que a las 10 am. teniamos que salir. Una penam ya que lo habiamos hablado con el y nos dijo que no habia nungun problema en quedarnos todo el domingo hasta después de comer. Asi que con la compra hecha para esa comida nos tuvimos que ir. Nos parece un poco pronto la salida, ya que si la entrada es a las 16h, lo mas normal es que la salida te dejaran hasta las 12h., pero a las 10 es muy pronto, ya que si vas con niños que era nuestro caso, pues los tienes que despertar muy pronto para dejar la casa a esa hora. Nos hubiera gustado que nos hubieran avisado aunque sea un dia antes y no a la llegada.

Sehr schön gelegenes Objekt mit kleinem Verbesserungsbedarf

Alles in allen ein sehr schönes Haus mit sehr freundlichen Eigentümern, die sich um alles selbst kümmern. Vieles ist neu gemacht. Ie Betten sind gut und hart. Alles neu gestrichen. In der Küche muss ein neuer Kühlschrank her und am Pool ein paar kleine Reparaturen gemacht werden. Wobei dieser groß und sehr schön mit Einstieg und Sitzbank gebaut ist. Einziges echtes Manko ist der fehlende Sonnenschutz. Hier sollte bei der riesigen Terrasse ein Sonnensegel installiert werden. Man wird sonst gebraten. Auch das fehlende WLAN/WIFI viel unangenehm auf. Lage und Vermieter lassen ein Wiedersehen wahrscheinlich sein

Estuvimos un fin de semana en la casa, una zona tranquila playa a 400 metros y piscina privada, hay cerca un supermercado grande que tienen de todo, ropa de cama y toallas en cada habitación, las habitaciones son amplias y el mobiliario nuevo, los baños también nuevos, la cocina es un poco antigua pero está bien conservada, en la parte trasera de la casa hay una barbacoa grande, lo mejor la piscina para los niños que no salen del agua, lo peor los mosquitos que a las 8 de la tarde salen y es imposible cenar sin que te piquen y los propietarios una familia muy amable
