It is 1.5 km to the center of Denia and 1.2 km to the nearest beach. The first shops, a LIDL market and a large consumer supermarket are 1 km away. A bar is located 200m from the house. Breakfast is also served there and in summer you can buy fresh bread and pastries in the morning and have a drink and tapas on the terrace until evening. There is also a beautiful restaurant with a sun terrace 300m from the house

Our family stayed for two weeks and had an amazing time. The villa was fantastic — spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and with an excellent air conditioning system. The pool was perfect, and we enjoyed using the BBQ most evenings. The property is secured by electric gates, giving extra peace of mind, and the location is wonderfully quiet with complete privacy. It’s close to all amenities and within walking distance of a couple of local restaurants. We hired a car and found plenty to see and do in both Denia and Javea.

An enjoyable stay in a spacious villa

We were warmly greeted by Rosa, who was very kind and helpful to us. We really appreciated how helpful she was when we arrived and when we were leaving. The villa was spotlessly clean and had a good range of facilities for our 4-night stay. We didn't think the swimming pool would be warm enough to use in November - and we were right! We did enjoy some sunshine sitting around it with our breakfast though. We also enjoyed an evening drink on the terrace, with lovely views of the sunset. We knew that the villa was out of town and would be a 30-40 minute walk into the town centre. However, it's not a great route for walking because there aren't pavements in some parts, and some of it is not lit in the dark. We were fine, but it's worth bearing in mind. We love the town of Denia, which is a diverse community that still feels really Spanish. There are some lovely walks in the area.

Großes Ferienhaus mit Schönheitsfehlern

Positiv: - großes Haus mit viel Platz - sauberer Pool mit schöner Gartenanlage - herrlicher Blick auf Berge und zum Meer - guter WLAN-Empfang - relativ gut ausgestattete Küche Negativ: - Sehr schlechte Erreichbarkeit bei Anreise im Dunkeln ohne Ortskenntnis. Angegebene Straße war weder im Navi (Nokia Here) noch in Goolge Maps bekannt. Am besten wären GPS-Koordinaten. - Bei Anreise war nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher für 4 Personen vorhanden. Gebucht waren 5 Personen. Kann passieren. Die vorhandene Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren scheinbar schon seit etlichen Jahren (>10) in Benutzung und so sauber, wie sie bei Lagerung in der Garage sein können ... Das Kopfkissen nach mehreren Jahren Benutzung nicht mehr fleckenlos sind, wissen wir alle. Aber wenn der Gast als Erstes auf seinem "Urlaubsbett" so ein total fleckiges Teil unbezogen vorfindet, ist das unschön bis ekelig. Alle paar Jahre neue Kissen, Bettzeug und Handtücher sollten möglich sein. - Insgesamt machte das Haus den Eindruck, das ein großer "Reparaturstau" besteht. Alles keine großen Sachen, aber in der Summe unschön. - Zugang zur Sauna durch einen total verrümpelten Kellerbereich. - Warmwasserversorgung durch Gasflaschen. Also beim duschen immer damit rechnen, daß das warme Wasser alle ist.

Very nice house in quiet surrounding

Very nice and relaxed stay. The house is a bit at the edge of denia on the Montgo. But everything is within 15 minutes drive and denia is very much alive with beautiful beaches. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable and worth the price.

Buena estancia

La zona de la piscina es estupenda y muy agradable. Las vistas muy bonitas desde la terraza superior. La casa está algo anticuada pero todo muy limpio y con todo el menaje necesario. Zona muy tranquila, se necesita coche para llegar al centro pero son 5 min y hay varios parkings. Wifi de pago. La entrega de llaves fue complicada ya que la persona encargada no hablaba ni español ni inglés, pero fue muy amable.

La vivienda recuerda a las de los años 80/90. Los suelos llenos de alfombras en pleno agosto, no apto para alérgicos a ácaros o polvo y no hay internet como indicaban en el anuncio. Está bien para unos días, la cocina muy completa.

Ein schöner Urlaub!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr solide gebaut und macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet und Besteck, Geschirr und Gläser sind in wahrlich ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Der Pool war für uns eine Oase der Entspannung. Auf der oben gelegenen Terrasse haben wir so manchen schönen Abend verbracht und die Aussicht genossen. Der Grill liegt geschützt, was bei dem teilweise sehr starken Wind, sehr vorteilhaft war. Die ganze Anlage, mit zusätzlichem Gemeinschaftspool ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Nähe zur Stadt und den Supermärkten ist einfach genial. Kleinigkeiten: Da wir zunächst sehr alte und dünn gewaschene Hand- und Duschtücher bekamen, wendeten wir uns an die Verwalterin des Hauses, Frau König. Bei ihr sind tatsächlich die Kunden König und umgehend wurden diese von ihr ausgetauscht. Auch eine kleinere Reparatur im Bad wurde sofort veranlasst. Es wäre schön, wenn die Mückennetze mal erneuert würden. Diese fehlten manchmal ganz oder klebten nur noch teilweise in den Fenstern.

Beautiful villa with private pool (with €230added to the rent)

The villa overlooking Montgo, with its private pool, and not far from the beach met our expectations. The villa is very nice at a very nice location. We did not even use the (other) common pool. All in all, you should expect that about €200-€250 will come in addition to the rent (if you take towels), for one week that is. The welcoming and check out was very nice thanks to Rosa Konig, the care taker. The surprise came afterwards when we were presented by the owner with a bill for energy and water. It appeared that in one week we had consumed more than 7,500 litres of water and 420 kWh. Very strange indeed, we are a family of 5 and 1,500 liter per week per person seems rather high. Maybe the poolboy used water to replenish the pool..... We only used the airco during the nights and switched it off during the day. Initially we were presented with a bill (€189) that I found rather high. On checking the rental agreement I found that a certain threshold of electricity and water was included in the rent. After reclamation this was corrected, so we paid about €150 in addition. So always read the small ''small print''.

Ferienhaus am Montgo Denia

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Ideal um das Naturschutzgebiet des Montgo zu Fuss zu erkunden. Das private Pool gibt den perfekten Rahmen für das Barbecue, wo man bis spät am Abend die Sonne geniessen kann.

Großzügiges Haus mit schönem Ausblick

Den Aufenthalt in der ruhigen Wohnanlage am Berg Montgo haben wir sehr genossen. Im Januar kommt die Sonne allerdings erst mittags über den Berg und ist um 16 Uhr wieder weg. Das mag im Sommer angenehm sein.

Beeindruckendes Domizil

Wir haben mit vier Personen eine Woche in dieser herrlichen Villa verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist excellent. Reichlich Platz (auch für 6 Personen). Herrlicher Ausblick von der Terrasse. Sehr guter Service über die Hausverwaltung - mit Abholung selbst zu später Stunde (22:30 Uhr). Die Villa liegt in der Anlage La Medina, die sehr schön gepflegt ist und in ruhiger Lage oberhalb von Denia ist. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge in die Umgebung bestens geeignet. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gut in einer ruhige villa anlage.

Wir haben viel spass gehabt in diese sehr schone wonhnung met viel comfort. Alles sehr schon und sauber. Gemuttliche empfang durch frau Rosa Konig. Schones Aussicht vom Dachterrasse auf das Meer und Denia .
