Loved this property. Great feel from the moment you arrive. Lobby was beautiful and the staff very friendly and attentive. We had a Santrian Club room, large size room, walk in shower (so not having to step into bath). Loved the fact it was child free space so very peaceful area, great pool. Breakfast was a buffet so lots of choices. Great main pool area with a pool bar if you’re wanting a more social atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and stay there again

My husband and i enjoyed our stay. The facilities are great and the daily buffet breakfast was amazing. Being right on the beach, there were plenty of options for dining and bars.

Loved the beach club and managed to enjoy the seafood BBQ which was delicious. On arrival was given a voucher for afternoon tea of tea & cakes. Lovely pools and poolside service, cocktails and food where I was able to wait for a late flight. The bar staff were knowledgeable and efficient, the porters and concierge were exceptional and they went above and beyond to make this a wonderful stay. Thank you, Puri Santrian, will definitely return.

It’s a large resort hotel with a number of swimming pools and a great clean beach. The big problem is the almost constant smell of feces/extrement from a nearby garbage dump. When the wind and heat get up it blows over the resort. It’s a shame. The hotel should work with the local community office and sort it out. Given how much is invested in the hotel you would think this would be an absolute priority. I certainly wouldn’t stay there again for this reason.
