We reserved a room for two, the night prior. All as ok, except elevator was hard to locate, no sign for it… BUT, though two of us were registered, there was only 1 chair in the room. So I called and kindly asked if we could get another straigh5 chair or folding chair, whatever… I would come pick it up. RESPONSE: “no, we have no extra chairs.” After some frustration, I just went to the kitchen/dining nook and took one. In addition, there were 2 bath towels, but zero hand towels and zero wash cloths.

Some people opened our door at 5AM. We get to know in the next morning that the front desk person gave us the key without checking us in their system so they double rented our room. We were absolutely shocked and scared about what happened that night. They did not offer any compensation.

Great Place.

This was a nice place to stay. It was very affordable. The staff were really nice, the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.
