Nothing was working. After a long day my room card didn’t work so I had to go downstairs again to get it fixed. I wanted to use the fitness center and my room key didn’t work. Front desk said no one’s key was working. Asked for cleaning a few times and it wasn’t done.

This hotel is more or less clean, but not super up to date. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. It was one of the more high-quality standard hotel breakfasts I had. Typically not a huge fan of them but this hotel had some really decent quality food.

The website said $100. A night ended up paying $180. And it said no parking fees. Charged us $10.00 for over night. S A homeless man was sleeping on the sofa when we checked out. The bath tub would not drain while we were in the shower. Will never stay there again.

It’s a perfectly fine hotel, it is average. Expect nothing more or nothing less. Be prepared to wait the 30+ minutes for the shuttle service and know that it can often get overbooked or crowded quickly. It’s a wonderful resource but if you prefer something quick and on your time, book something else yourself.

It was extremely irritating to discover you had to pay $10 per day for parking which was operated by a third party. The cards often failed in the door access devices, whether exterior or room door. Breakfast was fair, not great

Lights on lamps did not work in part of the room. Our pillows for a king size bed were 12x12. Only 4 of them for the 2 of us. There was not much to them. Night shift gentleman was refreshing and helpful.
