The Space:
Create unforgettable memories in this entertainment-packed home! The backyard is your private playground, featuring a massive covered patio with a swinging bed, large TV, outdoor dining, and comfy seating. Dive into the hot tub, roast marshmallows by the fire pit, or let the kids and pets run wild in the spacious, fully fenced grassy yard.

Inside, the fun continues. The gourmet kitchen, equipped with double ovens, an induction cooktop, and all the cookware you need, makes family meals a breeze. Enjoy movie nights in the upstairs living room or the finished basement, both boasting large HD TVs and comfortable seating.

The master suite, with its king-sized bed and direct backyard access, offers a peaceful retreat. Two additional queen bedrooms in the basement provide ample space for everyone. A dedicated workspace off the kitchen allows for remote work if needed.

Pets are welcome with pre-approval and a separate pet fee. Please clean up after your pets!

Guest Access:
This is a nice central location in SW Denver, easily accessed and lots of street parking available.
Guests have access to entire home and fully fenced backyard. There is one locked closet and the garage is locked with personal belongings.

The Neighborhood:
University Park is a very quiet and affluent neighborhood with multi million dollar homes in every direction. It's close to the highway, shopping, dining. I'd encourage a evening walk to see the neighborhood.
There is a church next door, so expect more traffic and some noise on Sunday mornings.

Getting Around:
This location is idea for a South Denver visit. It's very easy to get on and off the highway and is super convenient without being too close to busy restaurants and bars.

Rental perfection

My 5 friends and I stayed here for our 28th annual best friend's trip. Every year we stay in a different house in a different area in the country... Basically, we have a lot of experience renting homes and our expectations are fairly high.This home NAILED IT! Here are the top reasons why we would recommend this home:1. Towels! This home had enough towels for each of us to shower (body and hair), use the hot tub, etc. without having to do multiple loads of laundry. They provided makeup facecloths and plenty of towels. Dish towels too!2. A kitchen outfitted for vacationers! There were 'to go' cups for us to take coffee and waters out on our adventures; basics such as coffee, sugar, salt, etc.; an extra bag of ice in case the refrigerator could not keep up with our cocktail making; sharp kitchen knives; enough plates and bowls for the actual number of people who could stay there.3. Great communication: You could tell this was not their first rodeo. The instructions were concise and reasonable. Check in was simple. The property listing was accurate. Check out expectations were simple.4. Entertainment options! There were games and playing cards and enough seating outside so we could all sit outside in the beautiful backyard. There were outdoor heaters when it got chilly at night. There was enough space downstairs to hang out and watch a movie. These types of details make a client feel welcome in the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic stay in Denver

We loved our stay in the University Park area of Denver near Denver University. The location/neighborhood was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful and perfect for walking with our dog and grandkids. The location was also close to a myriad of fun restaurants and the shopping we needed. The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There were large screen hi-def TVs in the upstairs and downstairs living areas and outside on the covered patio. There was a very comfortable office space off the kitchen that worked well for me. The outdoor space was fabulous and very comfortable and we spent many hours outdoors there; eating, visiting with family, playing games and in the hot tub. Our VRBO contact person could not have been any better. She made certain we were well informed and everything worked like it was supposed to. She was easy to contact and always responded promptly. Bottom line: we would definitely stay here again in the future.
