This is our third stay at this property this year, and this room was by far the nicest room yet. We always get a king room on a high floor, and on occasion the furnishings in rooms have not been up to par for a Grand Hyatt. This room was impeccable, and our stay was more enjoyable as a result. The front desk staff were the same two ladies at check in and check out. They were both quite genial and professional. Valet was also pleasant.

Excellent customer service. We had water drip in the ceiling of our bathroom over the tub and they moved us to a different room and offered us free breakfast for the inconvenience. Everyone was very kind from check in to check out.
