I wish it was as good as the price for us the heat wasn't really kicking in until we almost checked out and I don't know it just seems more kind of not well put together room but other than that enjoyment was there but we're nice food was great

This is not a 4 star experience Hilton experience, I’ve had better stays at 3 star hotels. There were so many issues that if it was just one would have been forgivable but they just kept stacking up. They did offer to apply Hilton points or comp a meal for all the issues but ultimately can’t back this as an experience worth booking a 4 star—we had hoped to have a nice holiday in a hotel room which is why I opted for a Hilton over a Garden Inn or Hampton Inn for example. A list of some of issues: We paid to get early check in to a room I was allergic to. My eyes swelled and couldn’t stop sneezing/running nose. The ceiling tiles were caked with dust and shower hardware was broken. They only give you two towels and they are so old and rough that they scratched my partners face. No robes common in 4 star accommodations. The toilet paper was also thin and cheap kind. The phone was disconnected so could not call front desk, no one answered when I called from cell and had to walk down in the middle of the night to complain of techno music through the walls for 12 hours+. The lamp was broken too. The HVAC was so hot in the room with no way to swap to AC and the halls were so cold we had to wear a coat to walk to elevator. We finally had to ask to switch rooms after two nights of miserable allergies. Luckily the second room I wasn’t allergic to. It had other issues. Shower door was broken. The TV audio didn’t synch with the picture so watching TV wasn't enjoyable. Thin walls noisy.

Worlds MOST Okayest hotel. Only 4 Stars because the valet parking was SIXTY-FIVE-FREAKING BUCKS on a monday night. I'm not from Denver. I had an infant with me with an ear infection who was up WAY past her bed time because she was having a DR appt in the morning. Im not gonna wander up and down Colfax at 11pm looking for somewhere to park. Yall dont need to charge that much for the valet. The room was great though.

The shower was extremely small. That is really my only reason for 3 stars. I am a bigger guy and couldn’t stand facing the shower head. I had to turn sideways in order to wash. The bed was very comfortable however. Also, parking is an abomination for this hotel.
