I chose this hotel because I wanted a place close to the airport with a shuttle. When I checked in I was unable to get a 5:30 am shuttle for the next morning, I got the last 2 seats at 6 am. That was concerning! If I had known that there were only 8 seats available for the shuttle I would not have stayed here .

The HVAC in the room made this really loud rattling fan noise every time the air kicked on. That made sleep impossible. The choice was really noisy or hot and stuffy, not great options. We chose the property because of the free airport shuttle after canceled flight. Unfortunately they only offer a few spots and they were all full. We had to walk to the light rail at 4:45 am and pay $20. It was fast, but not quite what we were expecting.

Parking fees and process suck

Absolutely hated the parking fee and the process, requiring payment for parking using a QR code in a freezing, wind swept parking lot is sub-human. The wide open spaces around this relatively new hotel begs the question of how greedy the owners are to increase revenue. If you must collect for parking, whyy don't uyou use an established service like ParkMobile?

They are building up around the property, but for now, there is nothing! The restaurant in the hotel is nothing to write home about! Don’t get the “Grilled Chicken Salad”, my dogs eat chicken that is more real than that!!! The beer is good, the bartenders are good, they play sports on the TV. The rooms are comfortable. Yes I will stay again. (Just won’t order the fake chicken salad)

There was construction at the hotel. It was difficult knowing where the entrance was. At check in they did not mention needing a pin for the pool, where things were or when breakfast would be. Not very engaging or caring. Ice dispenser on my floor was not working. Paying for parking is ridiculous! It was $17. There were very little options to park on the street near the hotel. Just overall not impressed.

This location was convenient. The rooms were clean, spacious/overall comfortable. The light rail is located near the hotel which was a plus. The airport shuttle to and from was a plus. The only thing I would change would be the breakfast cost of $14. Breakfast was definitely not worth the cost. Breakfast should be included in our stay. Other than that, customer service and the entire atmosphere is very inviting. I would definitely stay at this location again.
