Parking was easy. Breakfast was fresh and had a decent variety. For long stay folks (we were there for 5 nights) , we would have enjoyed a protein selection other than hard boiled eggs. Something hot would have also been enjoyed (sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles)

the room that we stay is not clean a lot stains at thecdesk. we found three kissing bugs one in the bed and by the table and in the ceiling. the toilets are clogged. some lights in the room is not working properly.

Check in was fine but associate announced my room number aloud(I was a single female). Room was on first floor. Super loud, couldn’t sleep—even just walking from above was so amplified. Breakfast was right behind my wall and was too loud to sleep past 6. Would not stay here again.

We booked the Spark on the way into town for a wedding. The location was great for the wedding in Evergreen. It was close enough for going out afterwards and far enough to be quiet for restful sleeping. The staff was helpful and friendly.
