Why stay at the rest when you can stay at the best! Nothing like garage parking and an Elevator! This is the apartment above my newly constructed detached 3 car garage, est. 2021. Large garage with covered parking. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 hide a bed, full kitchen, fireplace and an elevator (max capacity of 6). The Garage Majhal also has a full size washer and dryer. Air frying convection oven and charcoal grill & smoker. Full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a blender. 70" Samsung smart TV with surround sound stereo with Showtime, Starz and HBO Max via Hulu and Netflix also. Master bedroom has a TV as well. Ironing board, Iron, Hair Dryer, Pantene Shampoo and Conditioner. Curel lotion, Purell hand sanitizer, Olay Ultra Moisture body wash. Centrally Located. Very Walkable 81 and Very Bike able 87 scores from Walk Score. 10 minutes to downtown. About 30 minutes from all of Denver. Berkley Park sub division. The Tennyson Street shops and galleries within walking distance. A few blocks away from locally owned coffee shops, breweries, restaurants and even an ice cream shop. Even the historic Oriental theater is four blocks away. Very Close to I-70 and Sheridan Blvd for easy access to ski resorts. 10 minutes from the Stock Show and walking distance to Lakeside Amusement park. I have 1 dog and if you are up for some canine companionship I am sure my dog Eleanor would be up for it. The patio is fenced in if you are not up for canine companionship.

Very nice and comfortable place with lots of thoughtful amenities. Modern and super clean. Kitchen is well-equipped. Great place for a family with older kids. Probably not so ideal for a family with toddlers, hence the 3-Star rating in the family friendly category. Really appreciated the fact that Scott also provided laundry detergent. Would definitely stay here again on future visits to Denver.

We stayed at the “Garage Mahal” during a cold Denver week, and it absolutely lived up to its name. The fireplace was outstanding and kept the whole place warm and cozy, and having a private garage for our rental car was a huge bonus in the winter weather. We didn’t cook, but we easily could have—everything you’d need was provided. The Keurig was a nice touch for quick mornings. The bathroom, especially the shower, was genuinely high-end and one of the nicest we’ve ever had in a rental. The owner was accessible and responsive, though we never needed anything once we settled in. This is by far the nicest VRBO we’ve stayed at, and we’d book it again without hesitation.

This property was immaculate. Everything was as described or better. The host was super responsive and kind, she getting to meet Eleanor was a treat! Neighborhood was great and not too far from the airport or downtown. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Denver!

This was a fantastic property. Clean clean clean! Lots of closets/drawers. Everything was easy. We were here for 2 weeks and it was very comfortable! The highlights were having a private garage to park in and an elevator!!We were just blocks away from all the restaurants and stores we needed. 15 minutes to the foothills!

Perfection. Incredible host! Amazing amenities and location. Sweet surprise was a short walk a few blocks to Tennyson Street for fantastic meals and shopping in our down time. Our stay here was fantastic! Location was very convenient - lots of local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and more. Easy drive east to downtown or west to the mountains. Parking space in the garage was super convenient. Space was great for the three of us to hang out between activities. WiFi had no issues with 3 of us working and using it at the same time. Kitchen has all the necessities and having the washer/dryer option was nice. Communication with Scott was so easy - he’s very responsive and let us do a late check out on short notice. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

We have stayed here in the past and it continues to be a favorite. Easy walk to Tennyson St., Berkeley Park, very residential, but plenty of places to eat and drink. The house is quiet, always clean, and has most everything you wish other VRBO‘s had. Coffee, spices, nice washer and dryer, plenty of hangers and places to hang things. Very nice garage, easy access. The host is very accommodating and quick to reply.

The perfect place to stay in the Denver area! Great location, lots of amenities, every detail thought of, prompt and friendly communication with the owner, accessible for those who need it. Perfect 5-Night Summer Stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Scott’s place in Denver! We stayed for five nights in June with a group of four and were so impressed with how well-appointed and comfortable the space was. The kitchen and bathroom were both modern and beautifully done, and the home was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed: extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, and even a brand-new washer and dryer.The two bedrooms were very comfortable, and the pull-out bed was spacious and worked perfectly for our group. The living area featured a massive TV, and also included an excellent surround-sound system we could stream music to right from our phones, which added a nice touch during our downtime. We also loved the nice outdoor patio and appreciated having access to the garage for our vehicle, and the convenient elevator for bringing up luggage.Scott was a great host, he provided a key and portable garage opener for our use, which made coming and going incredibly easy. Everything about the stay exceeded expectations. We’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Denver area!

Absolutely fantastic property and neighborhood! Owner was extremely helpful and quickly responsive to any questions we had. The property had everything we needed for a five day stay. We loved walking to all sorts of fun spots nearby, and we felt quite safe in the area. I’d happily live here, and we’ll definitely be staying here again in the future.

This was one of cleanest VRBO's that I have stayed in so far. The kitchen drawers were very well organized and had everything that we could ask for. Scott was very friendly and responded to me right away. The beds were very comfortable and very soft sheets. He provided extra paper towels, tp hand soap and dishwashing soap which was very much appreciated. The backyard was clean and well maintained. I would stay here again.

Beautiful stay

This was probably one of the cleanest VRBOs I have ever stayed at. Scott was really accommodating, responsive and organized with the check in process. The location was great, close enough to downtown that you could be there fast but far enough away to get away from the bustle of the city. The unit was very accessible for every age group. We loved our stay! It was spacious and very nice. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Garage Mahal was perfect for our family visit to Denver. Stayed 9 nights so had plenty of opportunity to experience Scott’s Vrbo. The location was absolutely perfect. Easy walks to Berkeley Lake/Park and Tennyson Street’s shops/restaurants. Location is very much a neighborhood and feels safe. The unit is sparkling clean, brand new and fillled with every modern convenience, new appliances, comfy beds, lots of windows, well-stocked kitchen. We have stayed at many VRBO‘s, but never one as well stocked as Scott’s. Lots of spices, condiments, coffee, shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper- not just for one day. The unit is above a (new) garage and includes renter’s space for one car, bikes, etc. And, unbelievably, it has an elevator! Place is family-friendly but still very well enough appointed to appeal to adults. Scott responded immediately to any/all communications.
