The guest suite is well equipped with pretty much all of the updated fixtures you would expect in a modern home, with a unique twist of mid-mod style weaved throughout. The space is truly unique, stunning, and cozy while still feeling spacious at the same time, boasting lofted ceilings in the living room and kitchen. Enjoy a quiet, private, and lovely place to work, relax, or see the sights of Denver.

The bedroom has a king sized Helix Midnight mattress aiming to ensure that it is comfortable no matter what my guests’ firmness preferences may be, a Dohm Yoga Sleep Machine, a full length mirror, blackout curtains, and its own mini-split air conditioning unit, ensuring you get the best night of sleep possible after your long day of travel or days exploring the Mile High City. The bedroom also has its own television.

The living room is home to a comfortable, plush sofa that pulls out into a full sized bed. There is also a queen sized trifold mattress available. The living room has a dedicated workspace with access to high speed internet that runs throughout the guest suite.

The kitchen is equipped with a four burner electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a toaster oven/air fryer. Please note, the toaster oven is the only oven in the unit. There are utensils, and basic cooking amenities like spices. espresso and tea are included. The TVs are equipped with a Roku device that will allow you to access to all of your favorite subscriptions: Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, HBO, and more.

The sleek bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer.

All linens and towels are washed with fragrance-free detergent and hypoallergenic dryer sheets. There is an iron and ironing board available for you to use during your stay.

The patio also has a dining table and umbrella with seating for four people and great lighting. Ash trays are provided for 420 related activities, cigarette smoking is not allowed on premises.

Please note that the guest suite, while totally private, is adjoined to the main home that other residents live in through a locked off low traffic laundry and storage room.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights
Leave any beds that were slept in unmade. If the pullout couch was used, please leave used linens on top of the couch or bed.
Please place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the washer. Detergent tablets are under the sink. - Press the power button - Press "Auto" - Press "Start" Please pick up after your pet.
Set the thermostat to 70 degrees F.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

If you are bringing a dog you or another member of your group added to the stay MUST remain available by phone at all times to address excessive noise
Please come prepared with a plan to mitigate excessive noise from your dog should it occur if you plan on leaving your dog alone in the BNB.
All 420 smoking activities must take place outside and use the ash tray provided if applicable.
