I was quite pleased with the check in process and friendliness of the staff. The room was very nice and exceptionally clean. There was free breakfast which is always a bonus - everyday there were eggs and sausage as the hot choices, both were okay. Also cold cereal, toast, pastries, waffles which are good options. The bed was satisfactory but the pillows were very uncomfortable. I would stay there again - convenient to the airport, could walk to multiple food options, near freeways.

There is a charge of $10 for parking a car, which isn't disclosed beforehand, and my shower was warm and then cold. Not hot at all, which was disappointing.The shower was peeling paint in spots so I wasn't comfortable taking a bath.

I thought the property and rooms were clean and nice. I checked in really late - 2am. There was someone to help me check in. When I booked the room, I didn’t see the $10 a day parking fee…for a normal stay. I wasn’t flying out. I was just leaving my car for the stay. It’s not like your hotel is in a downtown are. It’s at the airport. I would have chosen another hotel than pay $10. Then my room’s air/heat was not working. I was not changing to another room at that point because it was 2:30am when I realized it. I left at 9:30am. So I paid $10 to park for 7 hrs. Yay!I won’t be staying here again.
