The staff doesn't seem to care and is rather unprofessional. No uniforms? Great - they claim to be green...but the cleaning staff obviously did not check to see if there was product inside the bottles... no shampoo or conditioner in the shower just empty bottles. I will say that the hotel was very clean. Impressively clean in fact. That was great. And I had my own products. It was just annoying all of it together; checked in by someone who did not welcome us or thank us for staying, was not in any sort of uniform, who also could specify the best way to our room; followed by lack of product and a $10 fee to park at ta hotel with an empty lot in the middle of no where was not cool.

It was a pleasant enough stay straight after a long flight, however the AC unit is very noisy, the WiFi didn’t work very well so was impossible to work from this hotel and the breakfast was very basic.

Well,,, the property is fine and convenient to DIA. But there are things that this place could do better. One, let you know you have to pay for parking. Didn’t have that a couple of years ago. 2 upgrade some of their small appliances. The small fridge wasn’t plugged in and we found out why. It was so loud. The other weird thing was you couldn’t hear anything in the hotel but you could hear every car that drove by. I would stay again if don’t find a better deal. I slept well in the bed and my wife didn’t! Overall 3 stars typical airport hotel

When we checked in the front desk person told us there was no room on the morning shuttle, also gave us a card for his manager and unenthusiastically said we could call her with any problems. Not helpful and he didn’t want to deal with us.
