Lovely stay

My family and I had a lovely stay, the motorway is slightly noisy at night so ear plugs may be needed. Beds were comfortable and the pizzas were amazing! The only downside is that we didn’t know about the £5 per night parking charge. For visiting Alton towers this hotel was perfect for us :)

Very disappointed there was no breakfast option as shown in the photographs even though I'd paid for it in advance. The only option was a to go to bag which I refused.

The lady on reception charged me whilst I was there despites me showing her the booking confirmation/payment - she took my details said she will get a manager to call back the following day which didn’t occur, can’t get through the reception appalling service & attitude from staff

Pleasant stay

Our stay here was good, very clean, very friendly lady on reception and very helpful. My only issues were no plug sockets by the bed and you could only turn bedside lights off on one side. My husband wanted one side for his heated blanket but had to have cable lying across floor to reach nearest socket which meant I had to sleep on the other side where there was no switch for the light so if I needed the loo in the night I had to use my phone torch to get to the other side of the bed so I could turn the light on lol. Anyway I would stay again, overall it’s a lovely hotel
