This property is only a few months old, and the staff was very friendly. It was located near major highway, and near a few restaurants on the edge of a quiet neighborhood. The common areas were clean, as well as the room.

First stop on my cross country road trip and it was well worth it. Bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Very clean, good service.

Room and Bedding were clean and fresh. I am always happy w hard flooring vs. Carpets in a room so that was a key bonus for me. Pool and hot tub were clean and not over chemical laden. Breakfast room was clean w a decent selection. Check in and out was good, although I did ask about an early checkout and was told I was able to if needed BUT was not told there was a time constraint on this,.which hindered me getting a full refund for the night we didn'tstay. Still service was good. Hotel was very clean overall and service was very good overall. I will absolutely stay here again.

Disappointed

The room heat was turned off, it was freezing upon check in. There was no remote for the tv. Key card didn’t work on outside door. Had to unplug a light that had no off switch. Pool was open until midnight - could hear everything from the second floor and couldn’t sleep.

Very clean. The staff were Great and super friendly! Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool was FREEZING but we used the hot tub, it was also January in Iowa so it wasn’t that warm out.

We were very happy with our stay, until today we saw another charge on our card for our stay. I called and was told that they think we had a pet in our room, even though we did not, but they claim pet hair was found. We were in town for an event at the State Fairgrounds, and definitely had hair on us from that event, but our animals stayed at the fairgrounds and were never in the room. I wouldn’t have been so upset, but they didn’t even bother to reach out first before charging our card, despite having a valid phone number and email. Will definitely not be staying again if we come back for the same event next year.

The lobby was very nice and comforting. Rooms were very clean. Some of the lights and outlets in the room didn’t work. On a positive note, the shades were great at blocking out light. The pool was warm and well kept. The hot tub would not turn on, and there was some sort of dirt or sediment in the bottom. Breakfast was pretty good. I enjoyed the omelette and waffles. The sausages tasted good but were very dry. They had some pastries sitting out uncovered near the coffee bar that were very dried out/inedible. They had some that were in packages as well, but I didn’t try those. The hotel was very quiet with plenty of parking.

Great place to stay!

Called the Hotel a couple days before to verify our stay and mentioned would have a small dog and I had both knees replaced. Asked if not on 1st floor could be by elevator. She put us where we were close to a side exit on 1st floor and pool / hot tub right outside our door! Breakfast was also decent! Everyone we saw was friendly! Will definitely stay there again!
