Bedbugs!!!!

Our room had BEDBUGS!! Otherwise I would have rated it as a good place to stay. We were moved to another room after reporting the bedbugs to staff, bedbug was shown to staff. We repeatedly asked to speak with a manager, however no one reached out to us. I’m very concerned that others staying there will bring home this very unwanted guest.

The hotel was very nice. Our only issue was the door to the bathroom. It was a barn door design which should slide easily to open and close ( using your fingers). This door wasn’t properly installed. A child wouldnt be able to open & close this door!

Quiet, Clean, Comfortable Hotel w/decent Breakfast

A very pleasant overall stay in a very clean hotel. I didn't pack a couple of items that were needed on the trip, but they had a store in the lobby where i was able to purchase them, and the staff was available to help with the purchase- even after 1 AM. Very quiet hotel and didn't hear any noise from any adjoining rooms. I also liked the fact that there was a gym on site, which I took full advantage of. I would definitely stay here again if i had the opportunity.
