Could have been better for sure

Everything seemed fine overall, and breakfast was good, however the alarm clock was pre-set for 5am and the off button did not work, the sheets had some small brown stains on them, and I found someone else’s dirty sock in the bathroom. The deadbolt latch also was very loose so I was happy to have been traveling with my dog.

This was my second stay here. Front desk staff was excellent; quick, capable, friendly. Spacious exercise area. Room needed some sweeping and vacuuming behind the doors. Sheets were clean.

When I 1st got there the young girl that checked me in was at the table in the lobby playing on her phone sitting with another young boy. She was dressed in sweats. Unprofessional. Day 2 I came back from my conference in the evening and the pool was out of order. And the elevator was not working as the emergency phone had been activated.. The 3rd day i got back from my conference arms full went to my room to find my key didn't work had to walk downstairs and get new keys. Recieved no explanation as to why that happened.

Great place to stay.

I really like this hotel. It’s right next to a Best Western Premier. Between the two, this hotel is always cheaper, but the rooms are very equivalent and the breakfast here is better.

Loved the Cleanliness!

I selected this hotel because of the number of reviews mentioning the cleanliness. I was not disappointed. The room was very clean! It was quiet during the two weekend nights we stayed there. Mattress was very comfortable! I did not try the breakfast so I can’t speak to that, but I found this room to be a great value for the price. I would stay here again.

This is a very clean hotel and we have enjoyed staying here. The fact that it is pet friendly is a big perk. The only drawback is that people aren’t picking up after their dog and there are piles of dog waste on the property which is due to two factors: 1) the laziness of the pet owners 2) the hotel provides a dog poop bag station but doesn’t ever fill the bags (I bring my own). So I think #1 would be helped by #2 (pun intended).
