We stayed one night out of our reserved 4 night stay because we came to realize we had a rodent occupant in the room with us! The pool room was disgusting and clearly completely overlooked as all the walls were covered in green mildew. Not to mention the infestation of ants in multiple parts of the pool room. The level of cleanliness was questionable at best, but it’s safe to assume little to nothing is cleaned. Let me give you an example, we checked in at 3 PM on the first day, and I noticed a cup of coffee sitting abandoned. Then on the second day we checked out because of the mouse. When checking out of the hotel the receptionist asked if we wanted to stay downstairs as if that would make a difference with there being a rodent problem and I immediately declined as the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I can say this is one hotel I’ll never return to. Why get into the hospitality business if you can’t keep up with basic cleanliness it’s a rip off for the guests who get conned into this place with old pictures of the interior and exterior!

Was first given a room someone else was checked into already. 2nd room, the tub was full of water. Front desk said they didn’t know why and to just try lifting the plug to let it drain. No one came to the room nor did anyone follow up.

The tub was leaking water needed to be fix, it was unsafe. At 2:00am I woke up to a strong smell of marijuana. They charge 57.28 deposit which was not disclose prior to payment. Breakfast suck, waffle machine was not working. I do not recommend this hotel.

Rooms were dirty and in poor condition. The mold and algae all over the pool room was horrific. Stank like a fish tank. The halls smelled of weed and smoke, the door to outside didnt lock.
