I came here sick and to spend a couple days to mend. I left the hotel around 430pm to run to the bank and get food. Come back and notice first the curtain was open and so was the window. I go close them to realize my backpack with all my electronics vape, personal papers, phone charger, pocket knife and my medication which I need for Parkinson's and epilepsy oh and also my insulin and glucose meter. Then I start looking and notice the backpack that I carry supplies in for my service dog was gone. Looking in the bathroom my other backpack with my electric razor and hair clippers, and all my toiletries and 4 bottles of cologne. I go talk to the manager and he says he didn't know window didn't lock and he says just call the police and you know neither will do anything. The room was filthy popcorn under the edge of the bed and long black hair in both the beds I bought a sleeping bag to sleep in. Don't stay here you are likely to get robbed and you could sleep in your car and be more comfortable.

Very dangerous hotel. Not safe to check into. Drug dealing and a man with a switchblade in the parking lot plus homeless people blocking the door. I couldn't even get out of my vehicle to check in. I did not stay there. I am contesting the charge on my credit card because the hotel is so dangerous nobody can stay there

When we got to a hotel and checked in, when we went to our room there was someone in there asleep, not a guest, potentially a maintenance worker. We request a full refund of our charge. Please contact the hotel to have this worked out as soon as possible.

Inconvenient check-in. Drive to BayMont to check in, then drive back to abandoned Super 8 lobby. Unfriendly check-in clerk. No ice removed from parking lot or sidewalks. Bathroom poorly cleaned. No coffee or coffee maker. No breakfast in morning.

DO NOT STAY HERE FOR YOUR SAFETY….and so many more reasons!! This property should not be listed as an option. I was there long enough to look at the room and that was too long. The property looked liked a set from a slasher movie. No locks on the exterior entrance doors, no toilet paper or towels in the room, and material literally falling off the exterior of the building. I can on, and on… The two people at the desk were rude and of minimal help when I told them my reasons (list above) for canceling my reservation, the one person responded, “ that’s what you get with Super 8”. I could only shake my head in disbelief and disappointment. I spoke with a sympathetic agent at Wyndham, filed an official complaint late August haven’t heard back. Hence the reason for my delayed review. I was waiting for a response. Still waiting….
