Beautiful Unit

This is a beautiful well cared for property. We found the check in process simple, the rental and entire resort property to be very clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. The valet was awesome and so convenient. The restaurant was good and so nice to have onsite. The pool area is still limited on pool chairs due to a backorder so it felt a little territorial trying to find a spot that wasn't claimed, but there is a notice in the elevators explaining the delayed shipment of furniture and letting guests know that if they need to, they can bring their beach chairs down. We never had to resort to that. One of the toliets in our unit needed a flapper replaced as it was non stop running and I sent a note to maintenance through the portal and they handled it right away. I was very impressed with their quick response! Unfortunately we didn't have great weather the week we were there so I think there was a lot of experience hampered by not being able to do beach and pool every day like we had anticipated. I absolutely recommend this rental and would stay here again!

Great Family Spot

The property was very clean. A few things: not enough pool chairs, heated pool is small so is hot tub so spring break those were very packed with people. Lagoon pool is not heated. Get with SCP distributors to get a few heaters on that pool. Property didn’t tell us everything, limited information like beach access. Also the walk from the front of the towers to the parking garage is a hike. This is an awesome family spot though, everything was clean and very kid friendly. Service was great. We usually stay oceanfront so this was a nice change of pace. Great location.
