Palmdestin stay

First of all the ease of communication and the timely responses was a huge plus. The listing was as described and comfortable for us. The huge pools, the bars and the option to be shuttled to the beach was everything......wait times on elevators weren't bad at all. We were on the fourth floor and it was just low enough to ground level to be convenient but high enough to not really hear much noise...I would def stay here again!! THANKS

We loved the stay. The only problem was the bedrooms were warm, but the living room area was cold. There was a box fan provided in one of the rooms which did accommodate one of the rooms.

Disappointed in the communication

Our stay was average. Nothing over the top and nothing underwhelming however on the last full day of our stay, my daughter was surprised by a gentlemen when walking out of her bedroom into the hall to the living area. The gentlemen was from an internet service company and was let into our condo by security from compass resorts. Security did not stay with the service man nor did security walk in with service man. Once I spoke with head of security I was told by head to take it up with the local sheriff dept that he didn’t have time for me and was busy with other things. I was surprised by the way the resort handled letting a stranger into our room without any notice! Tom the president of HOA stopped me at the front desk after over hearing my conversation with head of security and stated that he would be requesting a meeting with the service owner and meeting with the head security as the situation was not handled properly. I will be contacting the owner of the property as well to inform of the situation.
