Crystal Beach, Destin, FL. Four bedroom and four bath sleeping 12, community pool and steps to the beach access located in The Shores of Crystal Beach. The house features an upscale living room, a newly remodeled kitchen offering granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Located in the popular Crystal Beach community of Destin, Andrea's Island is centrally located near the shopping and dining of Destin Commons between the Destin Harbor and the world class outlet shopping of the Silver Sands Factory Outlets. The wide porches that welcome you to this coastal cottage are the perfect place to catch a sunset while grilling the catch of the day, and the cool of the travertine tile floors revive tired feet after a day of play on the beach.

The kitchen, dining room and living room are open to each other so the entire family can enjoy being together while watching the big game on the 55" Smart TV with cable. The round dining room table seats 6 with room for four more at the kitchen bar.

Two guest bedrooms are also located on the main first floor: one bedroom features bunk beds with 2 full beds with 47" Roku tv, while the other bedroom has a queen-size bed with 32" Smart/cable TV. The second floor provides a quiet escape with a primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed, 55" Smart TV, large ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and garden tub, as well as a spacious private balcony to sit and read. In addition, the second bedroom on this level has a king-size bed with twin day bed and twin pull-out trundle with ensuite bathroom, 26" Roku tv as well. The third story is the perfect place to retreat and survey the neighborhood on the open-air porch. Whether it’s relaxing together over a fish dinner caught that morning, or toasting a gorgeous sunset from the third story balcony, enjoy some time and feel your cares slip away at the beach!

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (includes garage). Unfortunately, Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood. On-street parking is prohibited by the HOA. Please observe all the HOA rules to avoid a fine.

Seasonal Beach Service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) included from March 1-October 31!! Tents and Canopies not allowed where beach service is setup

COMMUNITY POOL IS AVAILABLE YEAR-ROUND. IT IS HEATED MARCH 1-MAY 1 PLUS THANKSGIVING WEEK.

SMALL DOGS OK PET FEE IS $300 PLUS TAX AND COVERS UP TO 2 ADULT DOGS. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT LARGER DOGS.
