judgemental unreasonable staff I don’t steal

Booked online. Paid for. Got there they immediately said I wasn’t allowed there. I asked if it was because i refunded last room and left due to everything in the room being busted..they said nope the last time before that. I asked what about it ? Apparently I stole linen I’ve stayed at this hotel plenty of times I have never stole a thing. At this hotel or at any point in my life. Not my style. If a towel or something silly got mixed in with my laundry I apologize but I was willing to pay for it they refused to give that option they treated me like I destroyed the room. My 4 year old son and myself are the only ones that were ever there. I just lost my home & this was the cheapest option in the area. I don’t even have a place to take whatever they think I stole. This was very disappointing. Honestly made me sad I was viewed and treated as such. I’ve never given these people any issues we stay quiet. Also confusing when they were allowing me to stay before this last reservation..makes me feel like it’s due to the refund

Our original room (205) reeked of smoke. The lady at the front desk reacted quickly and got us a new room, 307. However, the people in 305 were extremely loud; yelling at each other, yelling at a basketball game on TV, and receiving continuous calls/text using a loud ringtone. The door between the rooms offered very little sound proofing. The staff tried but the major problem was the clientele.

From reserving to check out it great, friendly yet professional staff, the breakfast nook is soooo cute with several different options for breakfast, the pool and hot tub were very nice, the hotel was very clean, my room was clean cozy and quite. Highly recommended for anyone including families. Will definitely stay here again.
